Between 1980 and 2000, the Communist inspired "Shining Path" guerillas, along with government backed forces committed many acts of genocide and terrorism in the Andean foothills and the Peruvian capital, Lima. The Yuyanapaq photographic exhibition serves as a testimony and memorial to the conflict with Images on display at Indiana memorial Union from March 4th to April 8th 2011. The images in this gallery depict many of the people responsible for the success of the exhibition.
